Yes. The Wave maintains ±0.5°F precise control. Small shifts may occur based on water level or room temperature, but the system will auto-adjust during heating and holding to stay close to your target temp for consistent pour-over result.

Can I turn the beep sound off?
Yes. For the Artisan collection, you can mute the beep by pressing and holding the power button for 2 seconds. This toggles sound on or off, depending on your preference.
