By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Products, pricing and availability
We make every effort to display our products and their colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows them exactly. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, or refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or automated tools. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.
4. Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Paying with Klarna. Klarna's payment options (such as Pay in 4, Pay in 30 days and monthly financing) are provided by Klarna, Inc., not by Cocinare. When you choose Klarna at checkout, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna, and Klarna's own terms and privacy notice apply to that payment plan. Approval, payment schedules, fees and interest, if any, are decided and disclosed by Klarna before you confirm. Cocinare does not decide eligibility and cannot change a Klarna payment plan. 5. Pre-orders
Some products are sold as pre-orders. The estimated ship date is shown on the product page and in your order confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees, and we will let you know if a pre-order is delayed. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Delivery times, carriers, and shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to your address.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If you paid with Klarna, your refund is sent to Klarna, which updates your payment plan and returns any amount you have already paid.
8. Warranty
Cocinare provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase on all products, extendable to 18 months when you register your purchase within 3 months. Products with a quality-related issue during the warranty period will be replaced or fully refunded, with return shipping covered by Cocinare. To claim, email support@cocinare.com with your order number and the product model name (found on the label under or behind the product). Warranty claims are typically resolved within 14 business days.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, accident, alteration, misuse, tampering or vandalism; improper or inadequate maintenance; damage in return transit; or unsupervised use by children under 18. Cocinare and its subsidiaries assume no liability for damage caused by using a product outside its intended use or the user manual. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, product designs and artwork from our collaborations, is owned by or licensed to Cocinare and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, or to submit false or misleading information.
11. Third-party services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including payment providers such as Klarna and PayPal. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Please review their policies before using them.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cocinare is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Cocinare and its affiliates harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the laws of your state of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
