Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Which countries and regions do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions, including North America, Europe (including the UK), Asia, Oceania, and Latin America.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges may apply upon delivery and are the customer’s responsibility.

How much does shipping cost?

We provide free international shipping on all orders over $200 USD.

For orders below $200, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your destination.

All shipments include full tracking and insurance. However, please note that customs clearance and import duties (if applicable) are not covered and must be handled by the customer.

How long does shipping take?

Currently, we only offer Standard Shipping. Typically, delivery times for China, the United States, and Europe are 5-7 days. For other countries, delivery times vary based on distance and are usually 15-30 days.

How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?

Once your payment is verified, It typically takes 2-3 days to confirm your order and arrange shipping.

My order has already been shipped, but Ineed change my address-How can I do this?

We are sorry that alternations cannot be made to a shipped order. If it is still not shipped, please contact us under support@cocinare.com to change your address and other shipping options.

The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet-What can I do?

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.

Please contact with us under support@cocinare.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Some of the items could be sent separately and the second (sometimes more) tracking number(s) cannot be displayed on the order page. In this case, please wait for 2-3 days and if the package still hasn't arrived after that, please contact us under support@cocinare.com.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Thank you for your question regarding sales tax. Whether or not you will be charged sales tax depends on the state you are shipping to. We collect sales tax in states where it is required by law. During the checkout process, our system will calculate the applicable sales tax based on your shipping address.If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to contact our customer service team.

Do I need to pay tariffs or import taxes?

For most international orders, Cocinare covers the shipping cost, but tariffs, customs duties, and import taxes are not included.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility upon delivery.

Where can I find your products?

Our brand store available at cocinare.com, Amazon, TikTok shop currently, we will have our products on more platforms.

Can I purchase cocinare product in offline stores?

We currently do not have our own physical stores, but we collaborate with over 1,000 specialty coffee shops worldwide.

These shops serve as display and experience centers for our brand products. Please visit our official website to find out where you can experience our products.

I have a coupon code, where do I enter the code?

You can enter your promo code on the checkout page. Once you have entered the correct promo code, you will see the discount automatically deducted from your order total.

Can I change my order?

You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.

If you have already checked out, please contact support@cocinare.com and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.

Can I cancel my order but it has already been processed?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. If you no longer wish to receive the order we suggest you mark the package Return to Sender and refuse the order at the time of delivery.

And please contact our customer service before the returning.
And if the order is not shipped out, our customer service will help you to cancel it directly, pls contact us through support@cocinare.com.

Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?

Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.

Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email support@cocinare.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation-what can I do?

Please contact with our email customer servicesupport@cocinare.com, we will solve your problem in 24 hours.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

We currently do not offer bulk order discounts. If you are making a business or wholesale purchase, please contact our sales team at henry@cocinare.hk.

How to fix "E2" problem?

A kettle's "E2" error code often indicates a temperature sensor or heating element issue. While specific solutions can vary depending on the brand and model of your kettle, here are some general steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the "E2" error problem:

Unplug and Reset: Unplug the kettle from the power source and wait a few minutes. This can help reset the internal electronics. Then, could you plug it back in and check if the error continues?
Inspect for Obstructions: Ensure no foreign objects or debris obstruct the kettle's heating element or temperature sensor.
Please check Water Level: Make sure that there is an adequate amount of water in the kettle before you try to use it. Some kettles have safety features that prevent them from heating if the water level is too low.
Cool Down: If the kettle has been used recently, allow it to cool down completely before attempting to use it again. Some kettles have a thermal protection feature that prevents them from heating up too quickly after use.

Just so you know, these are general steps, and the best solution might depend on your specific kettle's design and features. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and recommendations for troubleshooting and repairs.

How to use the HOLD WARM function?

1. Touch the "HOLD" key, and the keep warm icon will be displayed at the top of the screen. The keep warm function is now turned on;

2. Adjust to the target temperature that needs to be kept warm or boil water, and press the knob “START" to start boiling water;

3. After reaching the target temperature, the keep warm function can be triggered, and the keep warm icon will continue to flash.

Why can't I keep the temperature at 212°F?

Our temp-Hold program is set to keep the temperature up to 206℉ because keeping the boiling state at 212℉ for a long time will cause damage to the kettle. To avoid this, we set the maximum insulation temperature to 206℉. That is, the temperature needs to drop below 206℉ before heating and heat preservation will be started.

My kettle has limescale on it, is it rust?

The heating plate at the bottom of the electric kettle is made of 100% food-grade stainless steel (SUS304). It has an excellent anti-rust effect and can fully meet the daily routine use of the kettle. The cause of small rust spots may be that other materials in the water react with stainless steel to cause rust. 

They can be cleaned as follows:

1. Most of the time, small spots are scaled. If you find yellow spots, pitting, rust spots, etc., you can try to soak them with citric acid or vinegar and clean them.

2. If the above cleaning is ineffective, clean it with sandpaper or a scouring pad.In addition, long-term tea making and failure to clean the kettle in time may often leave stains or scale. It is recommended to clean the electric kettle frequently.

How to Scientifically Remove Water Scale from Your Kettle:

Step 1: Prepare a solution by mixing 1 cup of vinegar or lemon juice with 2 cups of water (maintain a 1:2 ratio).

Step 2: Pour the solution into the kettle and bring it to a boil. Let the mixture soak inside the kettle for approximately 2 hours.

Step 3: Carefully pour out the solution and use a cloth to wipe away the loosened limescale deposits.

Step 4: Thoroughly rinse the kettle with clean water to remove any remaining solution, and then wipe the kettle dry with a clean cloth.

Why is my kettle leaking from the bottom?

Please be aware that adding water beyond the MAX water level line may leak hot water from the bottom switch position.

How to register for extended warranty?

We provide 12 months of after-sales after the factory. After receiving the product, customers can scan the QR Code and register on our official website to extend the 6-month after-sales service. First, you need to register an account on our brand's official website and then register your order-related information according to the form. Simply fill in the information for an additional 6 months of after-sales extension.

The grinder light keeps flashing red?

Please note that your continuously multiple times use may trigger the overheating protection of the machine. We have posted a reminder on the machine.

CAUTION:Excessive consecutive use may activate motor overheating protection followed by automatically shut down after 5 sec of rapid flashing. Allow 15 minutes for cooling before reuse.

What type of payments do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and Credit Card payments including VISA, Master, and American Express. In the near future, we will also be accepting Google Pay, Apple Pay, and so on.

Was my payment successful?

Once your order is fully processed and your card has been authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (depends on which contact info you left us) that your order has been successfully charged.

For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged cocinare product and receive a full refund for ANY reason. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. When will I receive my refund?

Processing a refund usually takes up to 2 business days after we have received returning inquiry.

Do you offer free returns?

Yes, we offer free returns. If you need to return an item, we will provide a shipping label with prepaid postage.

You just need to pack the item and drop it off at your nearest UPS office or contact UPS for a pickup.

Our customer service team will review your message and try to resolve any issues to everyone's satisfaction. Please do not forget to state your order number if you have one.

Once we have received your complaint, you'll receive a confirmation. We try to respond to all complaints within 3 working days, or inform you if we need more time to investigate the situation.
