Wipe the outside with a soft, damp cloth and dry it with a towel. That's all the artwork needs.

The kettle is not dishwasher safe. Don't put it in the dishwasher, submerge it in water, or scrub the outside with abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.

With normal use and care, the artwork won't fade, and it keeps shifting color with heat, brew after brew.

Your return window runs 30 days from the day your kettle arrives. Since pre-sale orders ship in the order they were placed starting December 12, we're keeping returns open for everyone through January 25, whichever gives you more time.

Want to cancel before it ships? Email us any time before your order leaves the warehouse and we'll refund you in full. Once a parcel has shipped we can't intercept it, and refusing delivery carries a $15 fee toward shipping costs.

Yes. Every Cocinare product carries a 12-month limited warranty, and you can extend it to 18 months for free by registering your kettle at cocinare.com/pages/warranty-registration.

Because pre-sale orders ship in December rather than on the day you order, your registration window runs from the December 12 ship date. You have until March 12 to register, no matter when you placed your pre-order.

If a covered product has a quality issue, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, and Cocinare covers the return shipping. Email support@cocinare.com with your order number and the model name from the sticker underneath the kettle. Warranty claims are typically resolved within 14 business days.

Cochef is Cocinare’s playful visual interaction concept, designed to bring a little personality to the brewing experience through expressive on-screen feedback. It is not a Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or smart-home connectivity feature.
