Our Journey
- 2021Cocinare was founded on October 10, 2021, with a clear vision: to elevate everyday coffee through precision, design, and craft. Bringing together expertise in engineering, industrial design, and manufacturing, the team set out to create a new generation of specialty coffee tools built for control and consistency. The first product, the ESSENCE DUO M38 grinder, established the brand's foundation: tools that combine performance, design, and precision brewing control.
- 2022Cocinare launched its direct-to-consumer platform, introducing its precision-driven coffee tools to customers in North America and beyond. The ESSENCE DUO M38 grinder received Japan's Good Design Award, recognizing its balance of form and engineering. Development began on the FLOW kettle, focused on temperature precision, pouring control, and brewing stability.

2023
Cocinare introduced the FLOW M9 kettle, advancing both brewing precision and design expression. The brand developed its patented color-changing temperature technology, providing real-time visual feedback for more controlled brewing. The X-Balance ergonomic handle was refined through barista testing. This year also marked the first creative collaboration with SpongeBob SquarePants, expanding the brand's cultural and expressive reach.
- 2024Cocinare expanded into the intersection of coffee, design, and culture. The FLOW M6 Pro launched with Jungle and Polka editions, featuring hand-applied finishes and advanced curing techniques. Collaborations with artists including Chanoir and Andy Warhol brought artistic expression into precision coffee tools. The KissCup concept was introduced, celebrating coffee as a multisensory ritual.

Cocinare expanded its ecosystem of precision coffee tools. New editions of the FLOW M6 Pro, including Soulages Black and Dali White, showcased the brand's evolving design language. The BALANCE Series precision scale launched, reinforcing the brand's focus on control and consistency. New systems — including the BrewKit Pour-Over Set and TasteSet Extraction Set — extended the vision of a complete, precision-driven coffee experience.
- 2026Coffee OS strategy launched. NearSense™ sensing system officially released. Brewpilot™ brewing-assist system goes live; the Cocinare App receives a major upgrade.
